  • Dorene O’Brien: winner of the Red Rock Review Mark Twain Award, New Millennium’s Fiction Award, Chicago Tribune Nelson Algren Award and Bridport Prize.
  • Peter Markus: author of the short fiction books: Good, BrotherThe Moon is a LighthouseThe Singing FishWe Make Mud and the novel Bob, or Man on Boat.

Moderated by Lolita Hernandez, Lecturer of Creative Writing at the University of Michigan and a retired UAW activist, the discussion panel will address and analyze readings presented by the writer’s.
